What does AIRHOST do for its vacation rental property owners?
AIRHOST handles everything from listing, communication, photography, cleaning, and more. We will list your property on Airbnb and respond to all requests in a timely manner. We will make sure your home is clean and household items are always in stock after each stay. We optimize the listing to make sure your home is bringing in as much revenue for you as possible. If any handyman services are needed, we can contact the right person to address any issue that may arise. We have staff on hand that can meet guests, oversee cleanings and make sure your home is in the condition you expect it to be in. 
How much does AIRHOST charge for managing my vacation rental?
We charge 18% of the total monthly bookings (not including cleaning fees)
How does AIRHOST verify the guests that stay in my home?
AIRHOST relies on Airbnb's verification software which runs background checks on all it's users along with the the peer review system that is already in place on Airbnb. Guests that have negative reviews and/or ratings will not be permitted to stay in your home. 
Does AIRHOST have staff in the area in case of emergency?
Yes. We have 24/7 staff that is available to respond to any issues that occur within your home. Our number one priority is to make sure your home is protected and that you feel comfortable at all times. 
What happens after someone stays in my home?
After a guest checks out, our cleaning staff arrives to clean and inspect your home for any damages. If there are no damages and the cleaning passes our secondary inspection, we restock any household items that are necessary for future guests. 
​What if I want to set rules for my house like, no smoking, no pets, or an age restriction on who can stay as a guest?
If you set a rule, we will abide by it and make sure we only verify guests that you are comfortable with and who are willing to obey the rules that you have set. 
When do I get paid?
We will make sure you get the money that your home generates for you within the first few days of the new month. We like to keep all transaction records transparent in order to maintain and build trust within our relationship.
What if I only want to use your services for a week or two while I am on vacation?
That is fine! We do not have a minimum length of time requirement for our services. Whether you want to make your house available for a long weekend, a month, or one year - we can accommodate any length of time you desire.  
Do I have to sign a contract to get started?
Yes. In order to protect our business, so we can keep serving our community, we ask that you sign a contract that ensures we are not liable for any damages or accidents that happen within the home during a guests stay.
What if a guest breaks/damages something in my home?
If anything in your home is damaged, we take advantage of Airbnb's $1,000,000 insurance policy. We will take pictures of anything valuable in your home prior to us listing it on Airbnb, that way, we can easily tell if anything in your home is damaged and it makes it easier to file a claim to Airbnb, which we will also do. 
Does AIRHOST respond to all guest inquiries?
Yes, our team responds to any and all guest inquires and handles all communications with guests.
Can I still use your services even if I live in the home part-time?
Absolutely! It's your home, so you can set the schedule for when people are allowed to stay and for when you want it all to yourself.
